Betty and about 65 of her loved ones celebrated Betty's 90th birthday Aug. 14 with a dinner and fun at the Iron Horse Restaurant in Chino Valley, where Betty used to work in her younger years. Peg Pitney of Paulden celebrates her 80th Birthday on Jan. 8, 2009. Born in Kewanee, Ill., in 1929, she has been married to Dale Pitney Sr. since 1948 (60 years this last November). She raised two sons, two daughters and has kids, grandkids and great grandkids in Arizona, Nevada and Arkansas. She has been many places in her life...to hear her tell it, she's "been there and done that!"
