During a staff swearing-in and promotions ceremony Thursday night at the Road 2 North station, Chino Valley Fire Chief Scott Freitag presented one of three "Fallen 19" quilts that his wife, Jen, made to hang in the district's three stations to honor the 19 fallen Granite Mountain Hotshots.
