News Brief: Tax credits due by Dec. 31

Individual taxpayers can donation $200 and married couples can donate $400 to any progam at any ChinoValley or Paulden school and get a tax credit on their returns. People wanting to donate can do so at the school by Dec. 31 for this tax year.

Donations will help the school in general, or the donor can specify a specific program for the donation to benefit, such as choir, band, sports, yearbook, art, drama or clubs, student council, FFA, FCCLA, FBLA and others. Programs can include the Gifted and Talented Education program, special needs and more.
